We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that international shipping can be costly and time-consuming. If you would like to return an item due to personal preference (such as change of mind), we recommend considering reselling the item through a second-hand platform such as eBay or other local marketplaces.
If you still wish to proceed with a return, please note the following conditions:

Return shipments remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our facility, therefore we strongly recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
